Pastoral Greetions 1/11/09

Dear all:

It was good to see Chris Ooi back after he had been away for a few weeks. This is what 'family' is all about....longing to see and fellowship with one another. Paul always longed to visit the churches he planted as he wanted to know their progress in the Lord. Coming to church for fellowship each week and as often as we are able to, speaks of a commitment that we have for one another.

It must have been a food-ful ministry for all of us with the goodies supplied by the Jesudasans....please bring some more! This is what fellowship (and hospitality) is all about. The apostle Paul was refreshed in many situations when he visited these churches. Perhaps he was given an abundant supply of food.... I am sure we have all been 'refreshed'!! :)

Relationship was one of the hallmarks of the NT church. The believers belonged to one another. Let us take time to build relationships.....and belong to one another.
