Pastoral Greetings 09/01/10

Dear all:

It was a challenging week for the church in Malaysia as it was faced with issues that had never happened before. In the light of the attacks, how do we respond? I believe that we should all respond with the love and grace of Jesus Christ. I believe that God is still working and these things will work in our favour.

We have begun structuring our church with the appointment of the next echelon of leaders - the youth. I am excited to see the new developments and to see the next generation taking its place in the leadership of the church.

We are all working towards outreach projects which will culminate with the church camp at the end of May 2010. My friend, Rev Tom Morris from Canada will be our speaker. It will be an exciting time and I believe that MSC will take off from there.

Thank you for following our progress. We are excited to see some new and positive developments with the change of the day and the time for service. We are moving forward. We started in May 2009 and we hope to raise a strong and stable congregation by the end of this year.
