Pastoral Greetings 13/09/09
Dear all:
We missed Pastor Julian in the service yesterday. He sent his greetings from Chung Chun (wherever that is), China. He will return the end of September after spending more than 2 weeks ministering in churches there.
Our condolences to Kevin, Lillian, Bernice, Eunice and Joshua Jesadasan for the demise of Lillian's mother. Bernice paid tribute to the legacy of this lady and who had impacted her (Bernice's) life and many others. This is what we believe should happen in the kingdom of God where the blessings and experiences of one generation is passed on to the next. I see that in Lillian and now her own children also.
We had a 'youthful' worship where the youth band took over to lead us. It was refreshing and at the same time, prophetic. The band led us into the presence of the Lord. We were all blessed. This was their debut and we believe something was released in the service. We will be seeing 'more things' to come shortly. We are all excited. We want more!! With a good time in the Lord and a sense of His presence, we anticipate His presence guiding us this week.
Be blessed.
